Serenity ADHC is a community based program providing a variety of medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative programs, recreational programs and services for the frail and elderly. Our center offers a full range of structured services including nursing care, social and recreational activities, exercise program and a range of rehabilitation programs that include physical, occupational and speech therapist. Our Operations Manager, Program Director and expert staff are dedicated to provide the best in health, and activity.

Any individual who has difficulties managing their daily living activities is eligible for enrollment. Typically, ADHCs focuses on the elderly, but, anyone over the age of 18 is eligible for this service. For those individuals who do not require some level of medical assistance, but still require supervision and are in need of structured
